Filling the Gaps

I feel really bad
For not keeping up with posts
Like I did last year.

My summer and my
Senior year have been busy –
Extremely busy.

From voice recitals
To placing second
In an XC meet...

From failing physics
To traveling past first base,
To learning German...

From the Common App
To being deferred from my
Dream school MIT...

From isolation
To cursing at a bully,
To a new iPhone...

I have pulled through a
Very eventful
First semester. Phew!!
